Ms. Mirta Consuelo García has an extensive experience supported by three decades of practice in various areas of Private International Law and Civil Law.
Currently, she serves as a Member of the US Embassy’s Attorney List in Argentina, and International Lawyer-Consultant specializing in Private International Law.
She was recently honored as a Local Expert by the World Bank for the Women, Business and Law Project, 2018 (WBL World Bank Org).
She has also worked as a Professor of Private International Law at Universities of Salvador, Buenos Aires, Torcuato Di Tella and Austral. She has been a member of Thesis Jury, and participated as a lecturer and moderator in several national and international congresses.
She has been a scholarship at the Hague Academy of International Law and Consultant at the Inter-American Juridical Committee (OAS) for the VI and VII Inter-American Conference on Private International Law. She was advisor at the Honorable Chamber of Representatives of the Argentine National Congress.
Currently, she is a member of the Institute of Private International Law of the Public Bar Association in Argentina and the American Bar Association (Committees for Latin American & Caribbean, International Law and Family Law)
Silvina was awarded a bachelor´s degree in Law by the Universidad del Salvador of Buenos Aires in 2010, and went on to earn an LLM degree in Intellectual Property at Universidad Austral of Buenos Aires in 2015.
Silvina has a strong background in Corporate Law, Intellectual Property and Pharmaceutical Law.
Currently, she is the Legal Manager of Amegabiotech. Amegabiotech is an Argentinean company highly experienced in the area of developing and producing biopharmaceutical products. Amegabiotech exports recombinant proteins worldwide and focuses on central markets registrations.
She advice in different matters as labor law, corporate law, intellectual property rights and other complex legal matters.
Constanza is based in Mendoza Province and is in charge of our office based in the city.
Constanza has a wide experience in cross-border litigation and specializes in Public affairs, focused in administrative law for public works.
Actually Constanza is the head of the Regulatory Department of Aguas Mendocinas S.A., and also advices and represents the company Aguas y Saneamiento Mendoza S.A. in every matter related with administrative Law, Constitutional Law and Economic Regulation, Tenders and Public Contracts.
